This is a perfect practice that I revive each year, in the winter, to connect down into the deepest rivers of my energy flow. I was guided by my teacher Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and the Body-Mind Centering training, of which I am a teacher.

Here are four videos you can watch before Wednesday or just join us each Wednesday for the live practice and following Q&A, and watch the rest of the videos in your own time.

It is lovely to warm up by releasing the kidneys and any adhesions in the connective tissue to find the sliding and motion. Bringing the system into easy warm flow, shedding adrenal imbalance and giving yourself more to the fluid, qi building state.
