נחקור את התימה של תנועה/פעולה בחיים שלנו דרך מעקב אחר השרירים, הבנת המסלולים והפעולות שלהם, ציור, ריקוד הדגמות וחקירה בתנועה.

קריסטין קול - מורה לBMC, מובילה ומנהלת את תכנית "Somatic Body" הבינלאומית, עוסקת וחוקרת עבודה סומטית ותנועה במשך שנים. קריסטין מומחית בהבנה גופנית של התפתחות התנועה האנושית חוקרת אמבריולוגיה, אנטומיה חוויתית, חינוך סומטי ועוד.

The practice includes: tracing muscles, learning their pathway and action, drawing, dancing, demonstrations, and movement explorations.

Masterclass BMC/ SBT Muscle theory sessions, 3-hours, (see schedule) geared toward people looking to deepen their understanding of somatic touch, developmental repatterning, and kinetic energy as part of our life and our relationships.
