SomaticBODY Intensive

Join us for daily Somatic Classes, arrive in your body through movement, bodywork, and embodied research. 

You will have the opportunity to be taught by Christine Cole, director of SomaticBODY Training, and 3 of her advanced students, studying for the Teacher Training. These folks are master teachers in their own right:

Artem Markov, Contact Improvisation, Dance, IBMT

Anna Titova, IBMT, Fascia specialist, Contact Improvisation

Nitzan Lederman, Dance and movement research, using the tools of the Axis Syllabus, Choreography

All other resources at Gomarduli Zen Center are available to you:

• Morning practices, such as Yoga, CDP, Taichi and meditation

• Other resident teacher classes, like contemporary dance, CI, singing, etc

• The great outdoors: Mountains, fields, hikes, cows

• Evening events like Contact Jams, Ecstatic Dance, Dj’d or movies, games or conversations
